We are looking for a trainee from July until the end of December in part time (20-30 hours/week)

  • Coordinating with Talent Engagement team to determine position requirements
  • Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Profession.hu, Facebook etc.) by crafting and sending recruiting emails
  • Sourcer responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
  • Research opportunities for developing new sourcing channels constantly
  • Develop talent pipelines for current and/or future hiring needs
  • Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks
  • Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
  • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities


  • Ongoing studies in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings) is definitely an advantage
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent English (written, spoken)
  • Advantage: upper intermediate Polish language skills
  • Hunger for finding new solutions for delivering the required pipelines
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs) is an advantage
  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
  • Effective time-management abilities
