Feladatok
  • Supporting the Legal Operations team within Legal and Compliance
  • Helping the team's work with reporting, strategic projects, third party implementations and process enhancements
  • Usage of legal billing platform, comparing finance reconciliation with legal spend reporting – based on these two reports creating tailored tables and presentations if needed
  • Working together with several other departments – finance, fund teams on billing, accrual and spend enhancements
  • Usage of new platforms, understand and analyse spend related data
  • Communicating and sending reminders to attorneys, to make sure that they comply with mandatory oversight activities

Elvárások
  • The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
  • Minimum 3 years completed at university
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree related to finance or economics
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Office tools (Outlook, Word etc.)
  • Analytical thinking and skills

Working time

  • Availability to work at least 30 hours per week
