Feladatok
- Collaborate on the migration and automation of data analysis processes from Excel to Power BI
- Participate in report creation, contributing to their development and implementation
- Assist in monitoring the contact center's quality and performance, and analyze feedback on its performance gathered from various departments
- Provide general support to team members as needed
Elvárások
- Valid full-time, active or passive student status
- Advanced English knowledge
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Power BI
Working time
- Flexible working hours on weekdays
- Availability to work 15-20 hours per week according to agreed schedule
