Learning and Development Trainee

You will be part of the Learning and Development Team, led by the Learning and Development manager, who is directly reporting to UniCredit Bank Hungary’s Head of HR.

UniCredit Bank Hungary’s Learning and Development Team is dynamic, proactive and professionally colorful three people strong unit within HR, which is working day by day on creating a meaningful and personalized learning experience for the whole organization.


How your days look like with us?
  • At the beginning of the month you discuss together how your monthly schedule will look like
  • You will make sure our databases are up-to date and time to time come up with suggestions on how to optimize and make the internal administrative processes smoother and more efficient
  • You will create reports and make some simpler calculations; if excel is not your best friend yet, no worries, UniCredit has amazing colleagues who can help you at the beginning
  • Supporting the e-learning and other platform’s end users will need your patience and sympathy during the whole day, and they are also counting on you to make sure these platforms are used properly and maintained 
  • You will create methodologically appropriate questionnaires and make sure the voice of our customers (colleagues) are heard and channeled back properly
  • Participating in meetings with internal customers and external providers, take part in contracting and invoicing processes from an operational point of viewuestionnaires and make sure the voice of our customers (colleagues) are heard and channeled back properly 


Who we are looking for?
  • Ongoing college/university studies is a must; there is no specific area of studies they are looking for, but you should be able to handle and flourish in your daily tasks (mentioned above) and have a strong interest to grow in the field of Learning and Development
  • Confident in written English, or ability to fill in the gaps quickly
  • Proactive approach and ability to work independently with – mostly - well-rounded tasks
  • Persistent and courageous: they have many rules to play by which you should respect, but challenging their operations and keep them busy with your innovative ideas are warmly welcome 
  • UniCredit are looking for you if you consider yourself a team player and have an inner urge to create something meaningful through your daily job

  • Gross salary: 1400 Ft/hour

Working hours

  • Monday-Friday: 8:00-17:00 
  • Ability to work 20-25 hours per week 
  • You have the possibility to dedicate a bit more time to your job during peak times of the year (february-april, september-november)
