We are currently looking for trainees for a period of 5- 6 months in part time or full time(24-40 hours per week) to actively participate in the professional activities of our financial and non-financial departments’ daily work.

Diageo FirstPoint acts as HR shared services, providing HR support in high volume HR transactions; deals with Employee lifecycle queries, case management and requests that can be delivered on-line.
The Resourcing Trainee is responsible for supporting the end to end resourcing process and facilitate a seamless resourcing process keeping all participants up to date, informed and effective. They will directly influence elements of Diageo’s reputation with new candidates and thus are critical in the resourcing process.

 

Feladatok

How to serve
  • Works closely with employees and line managers on JML activities to bring them to conclusion
  • Manages end to end Onboarding activities for New Joiners and for Movers
  • Creates and issue legal employment documentation (using Doc Genie, Workday and ServiceNow)
  • Active ambassador for the HR model in the business, coaching employees and managers through their People Processes, on the use of self-service, about Compliance requirements and also how to best leverage HR support 
  • Drives Continuous Process improvement through diagnosing, investigating and developing solutions. Delivers change through bringing external best practice thinking and coaching self and others to experiment with new ways of working and behaviours. Drives increase in capacity and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are understood and adhered to in relation to process execution and ways of working
