Feladatok

• Understanding of specific processes / systems enabling efficient support
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry, storage, retrieval, archiving, maintenance and updates while maintaining data security
• Manage performance against key performance metrics (customer satisfaction, service level compliance, transactional accuracy etc.)
• Support teams through the correct use of all information technology systems
• Identify efficiencies that drive optimization, continuous improvement and operational excellence. Support the development of a continuous improvement culture

Elvárások

• Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for 6-12 months
• English (B2-C1) and Dutch (C1)
• Fluent Hungarian language
• Knowledge of Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or related field – already completed your first year at university
• Able to deal with complex situations while maintaining the right balance of customer and business focus
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Must demonstrate a strong understanding of customers’ needs/behaviors
• Strong time management and organization skills

Working time
